Where are your office parks located?

We have three convenient locations: Mequon, Pewaukee, and Delafield — all within 20 minutes of downtown Milwaukee and just off major freeways. Each park offers great visibility and easy access for you and your clients.

How long are your lease terms?

Our standard lease is 1 year with a simple 2-page agreement — no long-term multi-year commitment required. This is especially helpful for startups and small businesses. We work with you to find terms that fit your situation.

What sizes of office space do you offer?

Our spaces range from 150 sq ft all the way up to 4,200 sq ft — and everything in between. Whether you’re a solo professional or a growing team, we can find a space that fits. Pricing starts at just $220/month with utilities and taxes included.

Are utilities included in the rent?

Yes — many of our suites include utilities and taxes in the monthly lease rate, so there are no surprise bills. We keep things simple and transparent, just like the rest of how we do business.

Is internet included in the rent?

No we do not include internet as each tenant has different band width and security requirements. All major internet providers are available in our buildings, and we allow our tenants to choose the provider who best meets their needs. Some tenants choose a mobile hot spot from their mobile carrier, while others work with our dedicated Spectrum and AT&T Business Representatives to obtain the best option for their business.

Do tenants have access to their offices 24/7/365?

Yes, our tenants’ office keys unlock the outer door to their building. So if they need to access their office at night or on weekends (when the buildings are typically locked) their office key simply unlocks the outer door to the building so they can enter and access their office.

Who do I contact if I need something?

You deal directly with us — not a management company or middleman. Owners John and Bill Mikkelson are often on-site at the properties. You’ll always have a real person to call or email when anything comes up.

Yes, all our office parks offer ample free parking for tenants and their visiting clients. Our lots are well-maintained and conveniently positioned near building entrances.

Can I customize or decorate my office?

We work with our tenants to help them achieve their ideal office look. We have decorating standards outlined in the lease, but we’re flexible and collaborative — just talk to us about what you have in mind.

How do I schedule a showing?
